Tasting notes
The new Corte Estrella 9 opens with an intense red hue, highlighted by vivid garnet reflections enriched with bluish and violet undertones. A generous flow of tears and smooth fluidity, visible when swirling the glass, reveal its powerful and robust structure. On the nose, the wine is exuberant and complex, unfolding a layered bouquet that captures the richness of the Barrancas terroir. It opens with intense aromas of ripe black fruits such as plum, blackberry, and black cherry.
